Entry Guidelines
- Fill out one form and keep the e-mail so you can edit to make more category entries, if you cannot find the e-mail, check the google account you filled the form in with.
- You can enter each category once per level of entry.
- Up to 5 photos per entry, if they are poor quality we will dm you on you entered social media user for new photos.
- No filters, photoshopping, or AI on photos, these will be disqualified, we can tell.
- Write a short description to go with the mini, for example any kit-bashing or fancy things you did or any lore like "this guy is in a factory blah blah".
- All painting and sculpting must be your own work, no commissioned entries.
- Name the model (company/artist) in the entry description.
Categories
- "Tabletop Entry" is minis painted for the purpose of play, not for the purpose of display, if it is a centrepiece you have done and taken extra time on then the judges may move it to display dependant.
- "Display Entry" is minis painted for the purpose of display, can include centre pieces painted nicely or competition pieces as long as they were painted within the time period stated above.
-
"Just a Lil guy" - a single mini up to around 2" or 5cm from foot to head of mini (essentially if it is space marine size it goes here, weapons and wings, accessories, draped cloth, etc. don't count for the measurement).
-
"Biggest Boi" - a single mini taller than 2" or 5cm from foot to head (essentially anything bigger than a space marine).
-
"The Lads" - 3 or more minis on seperate bases (max 10 but be aware if we can't zoom and see the painting, we cannot judge it).
- "Story Mode" - Diorama type entries, judging will be based on if the base tells a story that is cohesive and if there are minis then they interact in a way that makes sense to the environment.
- "FroggyPhD Themed Minis" Category is open to both levels of entry, they are not split, anything in the frogs colours is fine, either dark mode of light mode, lore is kinda relevant.
Judging & Results
- "Tabletop Entries" for "Just a Lil guy", "Biggest Boi", and "The Lads" will be judged by FroggyPhD, Ciara_Elvenblood, and AureliaTempris.
- "Display Entries" for "Just a Lil guy", "Biggest Boi", and "The Lads" will be judged by FroggyPhD, Ciara_Elvenblood, and WaltersWorkshop.
- "Just a Lil guy", "Biggest Boi", and "The Lads" will be judged on painting on the mini, use of colour, and lighting.

> Anything directly on the mini, e.g. dust or mud on legs, will be judged.
> Anything not on the mini itself will not be judged.
- " Story Mode " will be judged by HoodGuard and WaltersWorkshop for both TableTop and Display entries.
- " Story Mode " will be judged on the basing and creativity in the environment to tell a story. Any minis on these will be judged on interaction with the environment and
- If there are deemed too few entries into any category:
> Judges may agree to merge TableTop and Display into 1 group
- Entries deemed to be in the wrong category or skill level will be moved where appropriate
- " Extra feedback " is provided by volunteers and not in relation to the judging guidelines. For example the " Just a Lil Guy " category is judged on composition, colour use, understanding of lighting, and pretty much ignores the minis base, may recieve extra feedback on the basing.
> " TableTop Entries " extra feedback from RunicRaccoon.
> " Display Entries " extra feedback from Intereminis.

FAQs
- Where do I enter my busts?
> Busts and things without legs are mesaured from what is on the sculpt that can be considered the bottom of the mini.
~~~
- What if my mini has a mount like a jetbike or a dragon or a big chair?
> Enter them where you think they should be, we can always move them during judging. Since this is the first year of the competition, depending on turn out we may introduce a "lil guy on a Big Mount" type category.
~~~
- What is the colour scheme for the Frog category?
> Pinks and Greens, or whites and reds. or just straight up Hans the Frog chat mascot.
~~~
- Can I enter 3 big bois into The Lads?
> Yes, there is no size limit to the lads entered into this category. The only requirement is that then make sense to be squaded up (visually).
~~~
- I messed up my entries in some way, can I undo and reset?
> If there is an issue lie this please dm FroggyPhD on Discord or Instagram and we can work out a fix. The fix is probably just deleting you form and having to redo it from scratch.
